Ask an AI Assistant to Check a Variable Annuity Scenario

Connect a compatible assistant to five narrow calculation and explanation tools, with an optional follow-up link when you ask for one.

Remote MCP endpoint
https://fairvalueof.com/va-mcp/mcp

Add this URL as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server. It is a connection endpoint, so opening it as an ordinary web page will not start an MCP session.

What it does

The service performs deterministic calculations from assumptions you or your assistant provide. It returns the method, limitations, and full result rather than asking the language model to invent the arithmetic.

project_va_account_value

Project one account-value scenario from a starting balance, constant return, annual fee, withdrawal, and time horizon.

calculate_va_fee_impact

Show fees paid and their effect, including lost compounding, under one stated scenario.

compare_va_fee_levels

Compare two to six fee levels while keeping the other assumptions fixed.

estimate_surrender_charge

Estimate a charge from the withdrawal, free-withdrawal allowance, and contract percentage you provide.

explain_va_guarantee

Explain GMDB, GMAB, GMWB, or GLWB and list the contract terms worth checking.

request_matlogica_follow_up

When you explicitly ask, create a private MatLogica contact link for a trial, custom model, adviser tool, insurer integration, or pricing API discussion.

Questions to try

“What is the effect of a 2.3% annual fee on $100,000 over 25 years at a constant 6% return?”
“Compare annual fees of 1.2%, 2.0%, and 2.8% using the same assumptions.”
“Estimate the surrender charge on a $20,000 withdrawal if $10,000 is free and the charge is 6%.”
“Explain a GMWB and tell me which terms I should find in my contract.”

What it does not do

This version does not calculate guarantee fair value, run Monte Carlo simulations, read a contract, recommend a product, or model mortality, lapse, tax, insurer credit risk, or market-value adjustments.

The free browser calculator is also a single-scenario educational tool. MatLogica's separate production VA engine uses C++ and AADC for server-side Monte Carlo, portfolio calculations, and Greeks; those production capabilities are not exposed by this public MCP version.

Privacy and service measurement

MCP requests are processed on the server. We measure anonymous service use, including client software, tool name, success or refusal, and response time. We do not put calculation inputs, outputs, prompts, or raw IP addresses in the usage log.

The follow-up tool does not ask for or transmit your identity. It creates a source-tagged MatLogica form link. We learn your name, work email and organisation only if you open that page and submit it.

Educational calculations only; not financial advice or a valuation of an insurer's guarantee. Built by Raganele Consulting.
